Due to the uncertainty created by the Brexit, the future of citizens of the European Union living in the UK, may also seem uncertain. Together with the European Commissions representation in the UK, we invite all Lithuanian citizens to our informative event: “Brexit and the rights of Lithuanian citizens living in the UK“.

As it has been announced, the UK will no longer be part of the EU from the 29th of March 2019. What should Lithuanians and other citizens of the EU expect after this? What action should be taken in order to be able to continue to live in the UK, and what should be avoided? Such and similar questions will be answered by an experienced European Commission lawyer, who will provide detailed and accurate up-to-date information. You will also get the opportunity to ask your own questions, and receive first hand professional advice.

This event was made possible with the support of the European Commission representation in the UK, who provided free access to lawyers. The project was delivered by the Law Centres Network.’

Unfortunately the duration of the event will be limited to 2 hours, therefore we cannot guarantee that we will have time to answer all of your questions. However, there will be an opportunity to send the lawyer your questions before the event, during registration. Previously received questions will be answered first, hence why we really urge you to register for the event.

The information provided will be translated into Lithuanian, live on stage, therefore both English and solely Lithuanian speaking Lithuanian citizens are very welcome!

The event is free of charge. We await your registration until the 15th of March.
